There are three different ways used in the universe to
create.
Divine Creation
The Paradise Deity is capable of creating Perfect Beings
fully equipped for the duties they are meant to perform in the
universe. These Personalities are not automatons, they are
endowed with free will, and add to their knowledge through
experience. They have the potential to go astray, but none of
them (at least the ones described in the book) ever betrayed his
trust or failed to properly complete an assignment. They are
completely reliable. The technique used to create them is not
revealed to us. My understanding is that it will never be fully
explained.
In creating, there are seven “… associative possibilities
mathematically inherent in the factual existence of the three
persons of Deity.”
“1. The Universal Father.
2. The Eternal Son.
3. The Infinite Spirit.
4. The Father and the Son.
5. The Father and the Spirit.
6. The Son and the Spirit.
7. The Father, Son, and Spirit.”
“And this explains why the universe is operated in seven
grand divisions, and why the number seven is basically
fundamental in its organization and administration.” [P184].
Universes Creation
When a Creator Son has taken possession of the space site of
his chosen universe; when the initial physical problems have been
resolved; “… when he has formed an effective and co-operative
working union with the complemental Daughter of the Infinite
Spirit – then do this Universe Son and this Universe Spirit
initiate that liaison which is designed to give origin to the
innumerable hosts of their local universe children.” [P236].
In this creative endeavor, they can function jointly,
separately, or with a third Personality. Examples follow.
Melchizedeks are the offsprings of the Creator Son,
Creative Spirit and Father Melchizedek.
Both Vorondadeks and Lanonandeks Sons are brought into
beings by the Creator Son and the Creative Spirit.
“The threefold order of Life Carriers is brought into being
by a Creator Son and Creative Spirit associated with one of the
three Ancient of Days of the superuniverse of jurisdiction.”
[P223 & 224].
Seraphim are created by the Creative Spirit. [P418].
The Material Sons and Daughters (the Adams and the Eves) are
created by the Creator Son and are His material gift to the
inhabited worlds. [P580].
All of these beings are also equipped to carry out specific
duties; they have free will and can increase their knowledge
through experience.
